Extreme
EXTREME
The shop floor CMM.
Rugged manual or CNC Co-ordinate Measuring Machine

The Extreme is a completely novel CMM with a rugged design specifically suited for a less than perfect environment. The Extreme does not contain delicate air bearings, so there is no requirement to provide a clean, dry air supply. All the workings of the CMM are protected within a robust, steel structure so you can beat the inspection room bottle-neck and keep your inspection tool close to where you need it.

  1. Save wasted time in inspection. The Extreme is fast and can be sited exactly where you need it - on the shop floor.
  2. The Extreme CMM is very robust and therefore very reliable.
  3. Why have expensive CNC machines waiting to be set? Speed up feedback with an Extreme.
  4. Aberlink 3D software is so simple to learn that you will see the benefits fast.
  5. Increase the efficiency of your existing machines by speeding up inspection - beat the inspection room bottle-neck.
