August 2008 - Aberlink: more than metrology.
Born from the creative minds behind the UK's best selling coordinate measuring machines, Aberlink introduce Leggero Bikes.
"Leggero bikes haven't been designed, specified or manufactured as the result of market research or creative fantasies; they haven't been produced at a price to suit a particular market segment. They have been designed simply to be the best.
Half the weight of steel, twice as stiff as aluminium, guaranteed against fatigue and requiring no painting: titanium is the wonder material of the aerospace and medical world, and now for the select few discerning cyclists who appreciate excellence the Leggero range of titanium bikes."
On July 11th 2008 Aberlink Ltd hosted the official opening day of their new headquarters based in Eastcombe, Stroud. The building was opened by local MP, The Rt Hon. David Drew and attended by agents and representatives from at least 15 different countries. Below you can view photographs of the days events and the evening party, held at the magnificent Woodchester Mansion.

September 2007 - Aberlink are very pleased to announce a special co-operation with Renishaw which allows us to give away an MCR20 auto-change rack absolutely FREE OF CHARGE with every PH10T probe head option taken with the purchase of an Aberlink CNC Co-ordinate Measuring Machine. In addition, we will also include an additional TP20 module. This package is worth £2,235!
Often inspections cannot be fully completed with just a single probe and stylus set up, and changing the stylus required manual intervention in the program cycle. However, with the MCR20 autochange rack upto six TP20 modules can be stored for automatic changing within a program. This give greater flexibility for more efficient measuring.
Please note that this free autochange rack offer is also available for customers wishing to upgrade their old Renishaw PH9 probe head to a new PH10 head on their existing CMM.
Aberlink are pleased to team up with Renishaw, and this is our way of saying thank you for purchasing an Aberlink CMM.
